Where should I be looking for a 1 bhk or a 2 bhk to share around international tech park kharadi

Where do you guys live, what's the way to commute?

I've been using no broker and 99 acers but the rents there are High

Would appreciate any leads

Budget is around 25k for a 2bhk and 15 for a 1bhk (semi furnished) with basic amenities
