I really dont want to go back to university

I really want advice or like a mindset change on how to push through, currently i’m a 2nd year engineering that has to extend another two years because I failed alot of courses. The issue for my failed courses doesn’t have much to do with studies moreso that I kept on missing exams due to anxiety. Rn, i’m on sem deferment and I really dont wanna go back but my current university is one of the best in my country and I know if I transfer out I’d be missing out on a lot of opportunities. Can anyone give advice or just anything to help me push through? Cause everytime I think of going back I just start crawling into fetus position and start crying.
