Mark pre order bonus costume

Hey guys I have a question. I pre order invincible vs off Amazon for my Xbox series x a week before it released and I usually get the pre order bonus codes for games the day the game release but I didn't get no code so today the game arrived in the mail and there wasn't a code inside it. Does anyone know why this happened?
