Muffled audio during jam sessions

Has anyone's audio been sounding extremely quiet and muffled specifically only when playing jam sessions?? This has been a problem for me since the newest update , jam tracks sound perfectly fine and clear outside of it and it's starting to really piss me off. Is this an issue for anyone else or is it just me? And if so how the hell do I fix it😭
