New Breeding Strategies?

I was wondering what you all have in mind for new breeding strategies/rooms when the patch comes out. I just recently got to the point where I could start doing the inbreeding meta with the mutation room and then I immediately saw the patch notes and now I'm really unsure what to do now. What would be the point of a mutation room after the patch? Would you completely ignore inbred cats and throw them out?
