Need Help

So my Epic Games account has recently been unlinked from my account on PlayStation. When I tried to link it again, it asked for identification. When I pressed start verification on the Epic Games website, nothing happened. So I was wondering where do I go to turn my Fortnite account into a Cabined account? Do I have to go on the Epic Games website to turn my account into a cabined account or do I have to go to a 3rd party website? I have until May 13 before my Fortnite account gets deleted. The reason I want to turn my account into a cabined account is because I don’t want to give Epic Games my information.
