Quick Pro ER:One sizing

I currently own an XL Aeroad that was totalled after been hit by a car. I want to get an ER:One to replace it but need some advice. I think the reach was ok on the Aeroad but I had it slammed and wished I could get a bit lower. I was only around 3.5cm up the 10cm seatpost, likely due to my longer torso vs legs.

I’m around 192-193cm with a 90cm inseam. My saddle height was 79-90cm.

Quick pros size chart recommends their XL which is closer to a large Aeroad. I spoke to their in-house bike fit specialist who confirmed snd suggested the longer seatpost and a longer stem. I believe a 130mm stem gets me in the ballpark once accounting for the shorter stack. Factoring adding 10ish mm of reach for the 30ish mm shorter stack if I have a few spacers.

I imagine the safe bet is an XXL? Slam it with a 120mm stem, not sure what seat post height.
Or follow their chart snd go XL? I prefer the look of the smaller frame and longer stem. Just have limited experience with different bikes and would love any input.

I’ll add a couple pics of me on the Aeroad, and on a large Seigla. I planned on putting a 120 stem on instead of the 90 which I’m sure was too short.

I do see folks around my height riding XL’s, and lots of others riding the recommended size according to their chart, but the chart sizes don’t exactly scale out in larger sizes.
