Unreliable SoFi Invest Agents

I tried to do a Roth Backdoor so I initiated the process with someone on SoFi Invest. On the same call, I asked whether I could keep my Traditional IRA account open and whether it was possible to transfer all the cash and securities over (so I don't need to sell), and the agent said I could do this on the form. When I filled out my form, a different agent took over the conversation and gave me information that seemed like it contradicted what the first agent told me. When I asked if he could double check what he was telling me with someone else to confirm, the agent never responded. I had to call in to ask for clarification, but I got it cleared up and modified my form and submitted again.

The second agent got back to me and told me to change the form to cash only, close the Traditional IRA account, and to remove the witholdings. I asked him why he was told me to change the form to something I didn't want to do, but he never responded.

I had to call in again to confirm whether I really needed to do this, and this third agent confirmed that I didn't need to do this. The third agent said he would leave a message for the second agent about the clarification so that he could start processing the form, but nothing happened.

Did anyone else have problems with the agents at SoFi Invest? This has been a really negative experience and I am not able to make any trades because of this.
