Can the workshop fix mcc missing features?

With 343 abandoned mcc, meaning there some missing features that unfortunately never going to be fix/restored and I hope the halo community able to fix some feature like restoration of halo ce to look like the original Xbox version. I also hope other game like 3, odst and reach have it's missing features that only available in the original Xbox 360 was restored.
