Horrendous support experience? Told to just Google it???

I asked IBKR support to clarify an unclear statement about what they accept as suitable collateral and got a pretty low effort reply... is it always like this?

When I asked what they meant more specifically by their statement of "comparable to a US Treasury bill" for the purposes of collateral on their platform, such as any requirements for issuer or maturity, I was told IBKR doesn't give investing advice and "you can Google Search what are government debt instruments"? WTF???
