Boots of travel in Deadlock

Boots of travel is a late game item in Dota 2 that allow you to rotate extremely fast by teleporting directly on top of friendly unit. I personally think it is a brilliant item design that accelerate the late game team fights and unpredictability (positively).

Like many other items in Deadlocks, they all have a counterpart in the Dota 2 world (vampiric burst, fury trance etc.). What would a Deadlock "Boots of travel" be like?

Random ideas:

• A 3200 item that allow you to travel on enemy's transit lines (is it the right name?). This comes at a cost of accidentally accelerating directly into enemy base so maybe it's not that OP.
• A 6400 item that let you actually teleport to the units (similar to Mirage's ult but only to units).
