Free platforms for English Practice

Hey everyone! I'm trying to improve my english for ielts. I have tried learning with duolingo but exercises over there were easy to solve, I didn't see any progress . I can understand english, not advanced, but i struggle to speak fluently. My grammar is also not so good. I know many things while reading but i couldn't bring it up while writing continuously or speaking. I'm unemployed and couldn't afford paid courses. I would be so grateful if i could get the ideas from you. I have been looking for so many platforms but like everyone of it are paid. I tried with AI but due to the limit, i stopped.

Also, I want you to tell me about my english level and what things should i look for improvement from this post. My speaking is much worse than this.

If you really feel helping you can DM me with the ideas. I would be so glad to receive suggestions from you.🙂
