So does Visible + Pro suck now?

It's been a while since I looked at this place, but recently I've had full bars and my youtube videos were buffering.

I then see that changes to the network or plans were noticed a month ago. I loved the cheap price but at the same time I want my data to work and do I might have to look for other prepaid plans soon.
