Sad over graduation coming up

was supposed to graduate from nursing school a year ago but was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and started dealing with a shit ton of medical issues. then thought i was going to graduate this semester but had to slow down again. dont even know if ill be able to do classes in the fall. really just feeling devastated since a lot of my friends graduate this semester. feel really sad. quick vent, thats all ☹️
