I accidentally starved myself at college, any advice?

It's most likely that I have some sort of eating disorder, but also, to be fair, the food at my college should be illegal. People get food poisoning 24/7, it's often moldy, and it also just doesn't taste good 99% of the time.

I stopped eating more than 2 bites of my 1-2 meals about a month or two ago. With finals coming up, I really had to focus on classes and it made me completely neglect eating. I did really bad this semester because I was on SSRIS for seasonal affective disorder, and they really fucked with my physical and mental health but also I wasn't actively suicidal so I stayed on them out of fear. Anyway, they really drained me of any motivation or care for anything at all so I neglected my classes. I don't know why I didn't notice that when I ate a little bit more than a few bites, I felt a lot more normal. I kind of have trouble telling when I'm hungry though so yk. It's been a bad year, but to finish it off I am literally starving.

It's not good, but honestly it's already significantly improved just by eating a few small meals at home and drinking a lot of water. Eating kind of sucked at first, but I finally have an appetite again after like 3 weeks. Unfortunately I'm also really bloated now, but I also was before I ate so idk. Ow lol but not as bad as like a few days ago.

Is there anything I should avoid while getting over this?
