Experiences in Koto @ UniverCity/SH Burnaby?

Hello!

I have recently accepted my SFU offer as a grade 12, and I’m thinking about moving into the Koto residences with 2 other people who I don’t know will be yet, as it is a 3bedroom 2bathroom. I was just wondering if anybody has had experience with the people in SH Burnaby, and if the place overall is okay from amenities to furniture! : )
