Hair loss and head spas?

My partner and I are travelling to Japan for the first time for 5 weeks and we’re looking at booking a head spas. We have heard so many good things about it but I’m hesitant as I’ve been experiencing hair loss and am a bit self conscious about it.

Has anyone used a Japanese head spas that’s experiencing hair loss and what was their experience?
