Deadly luck[LotM V8]

Lets a Key of Light made a bet (contract) with the Anarchy that if in 5 days a seq0 dies then the bet is fulfilled otherwise the KoL faces severe consequnces

Since losing the bet will harm the KoL. Then will the luck create a situation where a random seq 0 dies to protect KoL

Is this a viable strat?
