Advice as a beginner growing Papaver somniferum in a hot climate

So I froze my seeds for 3 days and I just planted them in some raised beds in front of my house (cold stratification method) and I just chucked them around in a straight line in the beds! It is currently around 30 degrees Celsius where I live so I have no idea if they’ll actually germinate! Also, how long will it take for them to germinate? Please help!
