For those of you who work in hospitals and healthcare based telecom, what certifications did you obtain?

My company will soon be hiring a telecom analyst and I’ve been working as a telecom Operator trying to move into the industry. We use Avaya so I started with some of the free certifications but otherwise, if you work in a hospital. What other certifications have you done? I’m looking at A+ core and networking
