Microdermabrasion with Tretinoin

I'm looking for advice on whether Microdermabrasion is okay with Tretinoin use?

I'm 43f and using Tret for anti aging. Started in December last year and use nightly.

I still get random peeling and was wondering if microdermabrasion (I have my own machine) would be advisable.

There's not much guidance online that I could find.
