AITAH for telling my friend her ex said she gave her herpes

okay short context i had two friends i made at the beginning of the year and they broke up because there was just a lot of fights and it had not been working and my closer of the friends ended thing.

Since then the post breakup has been kinda messy but i was told by another friend that during a class she (friend 1) announced that her ex (friend 2) gave her herpes publicly to embarrass her. I told friend 2 as we had just shared a drink that day to get conformation to which she was deeply embarrassed but explained that friends 1 contacted it as a child and friends 2 did not give her with it not shown any signs of having said herpes.
Friend 1 admitted to embracing friend 2 on purpose but i’m worried it wasn’t my place to tell friends 2 and betrayed the trust of my other friend who told me originally as she told me not to say anything I feel very guilty and i’m worried she’ll be upset with me if she finds out.
