What is the success rate of suing a company or atleast getting the bullies terminated form a job.

If there were threats against have been over work social platform, indirectly wishing death on me & laughing about sit. No one willing to stand up for you including managers & senior managers enabling the behaviour. They forced me out of a job daily grassing me to leave the last 2 months but indirectly. Can I still get the employees terminated & get some sort of compensation, I’m absolutely heart broken & feel so tormented & humiliated. I’ve never done anything personally wrong to anyone to get this sort of aggression.
