For those running peptides alongside a longevity stack, what has actually moved the needle for you?

I've been going deeper into the longevity space over the past year and have a pretty solid foundation in place: NMN, apigenin, resveratrol with a fatty meal, magnesium glycinate, vitamin D3 + K2, omega-3s. I track HRV, sleep quality, and get bloodwork done every 6 months.

Lately I've been reading more about peptides, specifically Epitalon and BPC-157, and I'm curious about the community's actual experience rather than just the theoretical.

A few genuine questions I'd love input on:

- For those who've added peptides to an existing longevity protocol, did you notice anything measurable or even just subjective? Recovery, sleep, cognition, inflammation markers?

- Is there a meaningful difference in outcomes between subcutaneous and other administration routes for something like BPC-157, or is that mostly overstated?

- How do you think about cycling peptides vs. continuous use? The research is thin enough that I'm not sure there's a clear answer, but curious what reasoning people have landed on.

- Has anyone tracked bloodwork or biological age markers (like DunedinPACE or GrimAge) before and after adding peptides to a stack? I'd love to see actual data rather than just subjective reports.

Not looking for anything definitive since I know the human data is limited. More curious how people here are reasoning through the uncertainty and what personal observations they've made over time.
