[QUERY] Apple care best price for Macbook?

Hello, need to know what could be the best price for Apple Care + for MacBook Air? Is there any discounts on offline stores? Is there any discount if I buy later within 60 days seperately?

Also, can I buy apple care from an offline shop where I didn't buy the laptop from?
