I have a question about keeping my bra on during sex due to a health issue. What is your opinion?

I had a cyst removed from my right breast. I caused asymmetry, a very noticeable different and pain when the breast is touched forcefully and moves/bounces. I know it's a turn off to keep a bra on during sex, so would it be weird to keep my bra on the bad boob and release the other one lol This is so embarrassing to deal with. Or would I be better off just taking the bra off and turning off all of the lights? Will he think this is strange?
