whats up with lfg in overwatch

every time ive checked into the ways to find people to play with its always like "im a guy, i want to play with a girl, 18+" and its like bro what?

is this game tinder to some people? why is this so prevalent? if it was like the one time- alright. whatever- but its like looking at a craigs list personals board or something!

am i just using the wrong servers? i must be. are you guys running onto this? where are good places to find people to PLAY THE GAME with?
