[Bug] Stuck inside fire hazard in labrys

So I loaded into Labrys for a second attempt at doing the storyline quest for Kerman evidence and when I burned the lock it did not let me open the door, all I could to is breach it with no effect whatsoever. I thought I missed a step so I was walking back and forth for about 10 minutes still I tried to alf f4 and reconnect to see if it fixed itself. But I ultimately had to nade myself

Has this happened to anyone in any mode? (im not sure if this could happen in PvP)
