When can I kiss gf?

Hi all!! My girlfriend tested positive for EBV a few years ago and didnt know until recently when she started showing mono symptoms. The doctors aren’t POSITIVE that it’s mono but her bloodwork highly indicated it. However, her only symptoms have been swollen lymph nodes on one side of her neck, excessive sweating, and slight body aches. She doesn’t have a fever and her symptoms have only been active for about a week. She’s starting to feel better though and hasn’t experienced fatigue. How long should I wait before kissing her, and have I already been exposed if I was intimate with her and kissing her right before and during the very first day of symptoms?
