Apartment Search

Hey everyone!
Me and my partner are moving up to sac in a few months for school and did some apartment hunting/tours during our most recent visit up there! (From SoCal) any advice or newer reviews regarding a few apartments?
We were most interested in university river village, rivercrest and aspire apartments. Most reviews and other comments I’ve seen are kinda old so i wanted to see if there is anyone currently living in these places that might give better insight to what the environment is like now? :)
