Vomit after 2nd pill

my gf took the 1st pill of the pack (after 7 days break) around 12hrs late, which means she took another one on same day at night, but that night after an hour she vomited like 3 times

any concerns or things to do? she was on a family trip so we have like 3 weeks without sex
