A Noon to Santa Muerte

Good morning everyone,

Sorry for the early post but I was curious to know what Santa Muerte is all about. Little backstory but I’m mixed ethnicity (father is mexican and mom is white) and so my grandmother from Mexico use to practice this stuff. She never really talked about it and was rather ominous: As a little girl I’ve asked her about the grim reaper figurine and what her candles meant, the oils, packs of herbs etc. She would just tell me to pray to God or not be concerned. She primarily focused on taking my sister and I to Catholic Bible study sessions or mass on Sundays, trying to get us into religion. Needless to say, I’ve always been fascinated with Santa Muerte but I feel like I’m too new into the occult to even practice efficiently idk. I know can just do my own research on Google and YouTube, however I still would like to know everyone’s take on it and what I should know. Thank you guys so much in advance!
