What insurance works in 2026?

I'm looking for a health insurance that won't back out of gender affirming plans! My Aetna insurance was so great for so long but it no longer covers anything unless I was approved and on hormones before Jan 2026 (can't be on hormones due to health reasons, but diagnosed with gender dysphoria).

I was looking at BCBS and it said the same thing? Even though it was recommended to me by people who specialize in top surgery and gender affirming care?

Can anyone recommend anything for me?
