Dashboard Eramba stuck on "loading in background" - Worker cron NOT OK (Docker on Windows
Hi,
I'm running Eramba on Docker Desktop for Windows and my dashboard is stuck showing: "We are loading the dashboard in the background..." for over 20 minutes. and it's been a two days stuck now.
Environment:
- OS: Windows 11
- Docker Desktop for Windows
- Eramba image:
ghcr.io/eramba/eramba:latest - Setup:
docker-compose.simple-install.yml(official repo) - MySQL:
mysql:8.4.3-oracle - Redis:
redis:7.4.2-alpine
Problem:
- Dashboard never loads, stuck on background loading message
- System Health shows Worker: NOT OK
- Hourly cron: OK
- Daily, Yearly: OK
- Crontab records show Daily and Hourly jobs running successfully
What I've tried:
- Fixed log permissions:
touch /var/log/cron.log && chown www-data: /var/log/cron.log - Ran manually:
php bin/cake.php cron job daily --skip-validation - Verified crontab file content is correct (no dots in filename)
- Hard refresh browser (Ctrl+Shift+R)
Note: I am a complete beginner with both Docker and Eramba. This is my first time setting up Eramba. Please provide step-by-step instructions if possible. Thank you for your patience.
