Anyone else notice they sneeze less when their carpets are actually clean?
Just something I've been thinking about lately. You know how dust settles into carpets and gets kicked back up every time someone walks around? That stuff becomes airborne allergens that make you sneeze and cough.
Most people vacuum regularly but that only gets surface dirt. The deep-down dust and particles stay trapped in the fibers. When those get properly cleaned out, there's noticeably less stuff floating around in your air.
It's one of those things you don't really think about until you experience the difference. Your home just feels fresher and you're not constantly clearing your throat or dealing with random sneezing fits.
Obviously this matters more if someone in your house has allergies or asthma. But even if you don't, cleaner air is cleaner air.
Just thought I'd share since allergy season seems to hit harder some years. Sometimes the problem isn't just what's outside.
