Need help

Location: Hamilton county Tn Chattanooga.

I received a citation because I was at Walmart with my girlfriend and she was changing tags and they said I was helping her but I wasn't. I'm on misdomeanor probation for possession of a controlled substance.

Im going to get an attorney next Friday. Can the attorney talk to my po and work something out so I don't get incarcerated?
