What are the best protective sleeves that work with the movement ms of lacrosse

Tore my UCL a couple months ago and am looking for some sort of sleeve that supports my elbow. The 20 dollar sleeves for Amazon do nothing, does anyone have suggestions for what can work that is not a rigid brace that limits micro movement?
