Sooo what’s Peter's current status within the Main Comics Timeline?

I've recently been reading some Spidey comics while preparing mentally for Brand New Day in July.

Aside from the first amazing spidey issues of the 60s

I've been catching up on issues I've seen on Shorts, mainly the spider-verse where it precedes Secret Wars '15 and the Amazing comics post-Superior Spider-man.

I've just read a saga where Miles visit the Neo-Ultimate-verse and remembers the OG 2000s and it confuses me.. where is Peter.

I mean I've read Spectacular Spider-men and it shows both are having a Batman Robin-like dynamic duality and that Peter is dating a nurse of Ravencroft institute but that’s it.

I also saw good news that "Him" finally dead, killed by some enemy calling himself "Torment".

Can anyone point me out which issues should I read that leads to this one of Miles visiting the Neo-Ultimate verse?
