Irritating in-laws

We are recently building our own home

And i myself is interior designer and worked onsite for more than 4 years with 30 sites delivered

Still my father in law isn't listening to me that the paint isn't the first thing to do in a home

I have explained him like 4 times that there is going to be civil work in home

Furniture is going to be made

But he seems unaffected

What to do

He is literally interfering in alot of things which arent needed
