Was Black Noir 1 a 60 year old man before he died... He was in payback where he looked atleast 20?

Is there a confirmation for Noir's age?

Also how was he portrayed in the 7? Did the 7 start with HL and Noir? Cause Deep, Translucent, Maeve and HL look 30 to 40 years old...
is there a proper lineup history of Amazon's The 7... except for lamplighter and Mr Marathon?
