ADS Toggle Bind Issue

I remember having the Flashlight/Laser turn on when I aimed in, and then right back off when I released aim. Now I have to click aim again to turn off the attachments.

I've tried unbinding, deleting keybind file and resetting pc. Is this patched? Or am I having a skill issue here? Thanks for the help in advance!
