Boyfriend losing interest?

This is embarrassing and i don’t know where to start but i truly need some insight. My boyfriend and i started off strictly sexual as time advanced and we got to know each other it kicked off into a relationship. we’ve been having sex on & off about over a decade and now within the last few months when we are having sex there’s been a lack of kissing, foreplay, no build up. just straight penetration. he’ll come in from the other room and just be ready to have sex or even last night woke me up to have sex but it seems very impersonal and more about having sex rather than having sex with me. it had always been so passionate and intimate and made us keep coming back to each other & now it’s just not there. i feel like either he’s looking at other girls or just thinking about someone else entirely? any insights or am i just crazy and overthinking? i feel like it is important to add that he DOES have ED and major depressive disorder, however it has never been an issue to where sex is so transactional now. help a girl out and please be blunt
