Inbox / Mailbox Providers
These give you the actual email accounts and domains. Arguably the most critical part of your stack and everything else falls apart if your infrastructure is bad. Most people underestimate this part.
Maildoso — Budget friendly and fast setup. You can get bulk domains and mailboxes going in under 10 minutes which is genuinely useful. Shared infrastructure though so deliverability can be inconsistent and theres no built in warmup which is annoying. Works fine for low volume senders willing to manage warmup separately but dont expect premium results at scale.
Puzzle Inbox — Pre warmed Google Workspace and Outlook 365 inboxes on dedicated infrastructure. Comes up a lot on this sub as a solid all rounder. One of the few that does both Google and Microsoft which is rarer than it should be honestly.
InboxWorld — Another managed mailbox provider that handles the setup for you. Less talked about than Maildoso or Puzzle Inbox but has its users. Havent seen much depth on it personally which is part of why im testing it.
Inframail — Microsoft and Outlook only which is the main thing to know going in. Unlimited inboxes under a dedicated US based IP and flat monthly pricing so it gets very cheap at scale. The Microsoft only limitation puts some people off but for Outlook heavy prospect lists its actually a solid pick. Also has a built in B2B database now which is a newer addition.
Mailforge — Popular with agencies and startups. Shared distributed infrastructure but SPF DKIM DMARC all handled automatically which saves a lot of time. Integrates directly with Instantly Smartlead and Saleshandy. Not dedicated IPs but the setup is genuinely fast and most people dont run into issues in the early stages.
Infraforge — Mailforges sibling but with dedicated IPs for teams that need full control. Bring your own domain works well here. More expensive but more isolated which matters a lot at scale.
Zapmail — Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 at low per inbox pricing. Pre warmed option available and there's a domain name tool built in for picking SEO friendly names which is a nice touch. Works great for spinning up infrastructure fast but apparently shows cracks under serious load so worth knowing before you go all in.
Mailscale — Create 50 to 1000 mailboxes in under a minute. No DNS skills needed at all. Deliverability guarantee included. Dead simple and built purely for speed and volume. Its not a power user platform but if you just need inboxes live fast its hard to argue with.
Hypertide — Automated setup across Google Workspace Microsoft 365 and Entra. Each order gets its own tenant domains IPs and users so your reputation stays isolated from other senders. Ready in 4 to 6 hours. One of the better options for agencies that need Microsoft infrastructure without the manual setup headache.
Mission Inbox — Has a Pre Send Shield feature and built in warmup. Auto pushes DNS records to Cloudflare or GoDaddy. Good for compliance focused teams. Less talked about then it probably should be given what it offers.
Primeforge — Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 native inboxes. Positions itself as a premium option for teams that want both provider types without shared infrastructure risk.
Mailreef — Budget entry level option. Not packed with features but works for smaller operations that dont need enterprise infrastructure.
Lesser known ones worth watching:
InboxKit — New entrant with very limited track record so far. Keep an eye on it.
Frostmailer — Budget inbox provider. Fast and cheap but no built in warmup and limited support after setup. Needs to be paired with external warmup tools to be usable long term which kind of kills the cost advantage.
F60 Host — Google Workspace reseller at some of the lowest prices on the market. Pure affordability play and not really built for scale or serious deliverability management.
InboxAutomate — Gmail based cold outreach infrastructure. Cheaper and faster if Google is core to your setup. Growing fast but some dashboard quirks people have mentioned.
PlusVibe — Newer platform with managed email infrastructure and AI personalisation built in. Offers unlimited inboxes and claims very fast setup. Gaining traction recently.
Cold Email Sending / Sequencing Tools
Where you build campaigns write sequences manage follow ups and handle inbox rotation.
Instantly — One of the most recommended tools on this sub by a long way. Flat pricing for unlimited email accounts is the main draw. Strong deliverability infrastructure built in warmup and verification and a modern UI. Best for agencies and high volume senders who dont want per seat pricing headaches. The community around it is also massive which helps when you run into issues.
Smartlead — The other dominant player. Unlimited mailboxes automated warmup and multi client workspace management. White label option for agencies. Probably has the most loyal user base in this sub honestly. The AI warmup being an add on pushes real costs higher than the entry price suggests so worth being aware of before you commit.
Lemlist — Known for personalisation. Dynamic images personalised landing pages video thumbnails the whole thing. Also does LinkedIn and WhatsApp steps. Built in lead database with 450M plus contacts. Lemwarm is their dedicated warmup product and its good. Per user pricing gets expensive at scale but for creative outreach its still class leading.
Woodpecker — Been around the longest out of all of these. Has a strong deliverability reputation backed by independent benchmarks. Simple UI and good for B2B agencies running structured sequences. White label reporting on higher plans. The per slot cost structure adds up for agencies managing lots of clients though.
Saleshandy — Often overlooked but genuinely good value. Unlimited email accounts on paid plans solid deliverability and detailed analytics. Best for solo operators and small teams on a budget who want more than just the basics.
Reply.io — More of a full sales engagement platform than a pure cold email tool. Multichannel CRM integrations built in calling. Better for structured sales teams than pure cold email agencies.
Mailshake — Combines email phone and LinkedIn into one platform. Has an AI writing assistant built in. User friendly interface and better for teams that want multi channel without deep technical setup.
SmartReach — Picking up real traction in this sub and on LinkedIn. Multichannel across email LinkedIn WhatsApp and SMS. Better agency pricing than Smartlead in that you can manage multiple clients without hidden fees. Genuinely underrated and I dont see it mentioned nearly enough here.
Salesforge — Unlimited mailboxes and unlimited LinkedIn senders on one flat plan. Includes Warmforge and a unified reply inbox. Good for teams that want infrastructure and sequencing bundled together rather than stitching multiple tools.
ReachInbox — Growing platform. Often mentioned alongside Instantly and Smartlead as an alternative. Built in warmup inbox rotation and deliverability monitoring.
Bison — Newer entrant. Less talked about but coming up more frequently than it used to. Worth watching.
QuickMail — Solid mid tier option. Good CRM integrations and long established. Reliable even if its not the flashiest thing out there.
Hunter Sequences — Built into Hunter. Good if youre already using Hunter for email finding. Simple but not built for serious scale.
GMass — Sends directly from Gmail via Google Sheets. Massive user base for what it is. Great for low volume outreach from a personal account but dont try to run agency level campaigns through it.
Klenty — More enterprise focused. Parallel dialer SMS LinkedIn and structured cadences. Mainly used by SDR teams at mid market companies. Pricier but feature rich if thats what you need.
LaGrowthMachine — Multichannel automation combining LinkedIn and email. Condition based campaign logic. Popular with European agencies and solid for LinkedIn heavy outreach.
Salesflow — LinkedIn first automation with email sequences layered on top. Good for teams that lead with LinkedIn and follow up via email rather than the other way around.
Enrichment Tools
This is where you add context personalisation signals job titles tech stacks recent news and missing data to your prospect lists. The difference between a generic blast and something worth replying to.
Clay — The undisputed king of enrichment right now. Aggregates 50 plus data providers in a waterfall model. Lets you build no code workflows pull from LinkedIn company websites news job postings and more. Pairs with Smartlead and Instantly natively. Steep learning curve but nothing else comes close for serious enrichment workflows. If you havent looked into it properly you really need to.
Leadmagic — Strong real time enrichment and one of the best catch all resolution rates ive seen in any independent benchmark. Good for enriching catch all heavy B2B lists where standard verifiers just give up. Used heavily by Clay power users as a waterfall provider.
FullEnrich — Waterfall enrichment across multiple providers in one tool. Growing fast as a Clay alternative for teams that want waterfall logic without having to build it themselves from scratch.
