High prolatin and low t .

Is there a link between high prolatin and low t , my prolactin has been raised for many years in every single blood test but endocrinologist says no relation to my low t and put me on trt. My gp tested marcoprolatin which also came back high recently and has suggested it could of been the prolactin all along !
