Worst ob ever

I am at the start of what could be one of my worst ob’s ever. I’m about 3-4 days away from starting my period and I seem to always breakout around this time. I just woke up (6am) to some of the worst itchy sensations I’ve had my whole life. I looked at my vulva with my camera and saw two white dots right besides my clit in the fold of my lips. I’m already knowing this is going to be a bad one. My question is what are your best breakout remedies and treatments? I already put coconut oil around all of my vulva to mediate the itch. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!!!!!
