How do you talk to a bad friend?

Me and my friend went on holiday like 2 weeks ago. Before hand I found out I was pregnant and before we went on holiday and i decided that I was going to have an abortion. Then the morning sickness happened which turned into all day sickness. We fly out to our holiday destination and settle in. We were there for 4 days and every morning I was being sick and generally felt so unwell. I still did everything she wanted to on the holiday and tried my best to go to different places. Then we get home and my appointment for my abortion was on the Monday so mentally not doing very well at this point and still was sick all day. She then sends me a message on Friday after I had my abortion saying she thinks i didn’t put a lot of effort in on the holiday, that she was waiting on me to talk to her and she was annoyed that I didn’t go to her birthday night out on the Monday and was seeking an apology when i literally had my abortion on Monday. She knew all of this she knew I was pregnant and I was going for my abortion on Monday. She didn’t check in on me at all during this time then sent me that message on Friday. I broke down in work and had to go home early. And we are having a chat about this on Thursday. What are your thoughts?
