Hey guys, new to the insurance world and the WFH life. I have phone and health background and got called in for an interview with the hiring manager on Monday for an hour call. So I have a few questions:
What is the one hour virtual interview like? What can we possibly talk about that I didn’t in the first 45 min interview lol.
What’s a day to day like for this role?
What equipment do they supply?
I’m going to have a design set up for WFH but is this a position I can sit on my couch and take calls some days with just my headset and laptop or will I need two screens and laptop at all times type of thing?
Do they offer fertility/IVF benefits?
Pay isn’t my target but I heard moving up is possible; my end goal would be a role that is non-phones any tips on a pathways there?
Any help would be great appreciated. I’m looking at this at a stepping stone to bigger and better things and want to walk into this fully prepared so thanks in advance!
