Forgetting to accept an offer

Hello,

I had an offer for the Baccalauréat in Ergothérapie at U laval for fall 2026. I had until may 1st (yesterday) to accept the offer but I forgot. We are currently may 2 and in my account the offer says "expired". Has this happened to anyone or anyone you know? Does anybody know what I should do and if I've lost all my chances of getting into the program?
