Collection chests and Pages bug in Hogwarts Legacy

Hi, I've seen people say the chests and pages we collected that aren't shown as having been collected on the map still count in the collections and the trophies but I'm not sure if that's true. I'm doing every PS4 trophies on the game but i'm scared I won't be able to, bc of the bug. Can someone explain to me if I will still receive the trophy even tho they are still being shown on the map as unopened? thanks!
