What if windows gangster edition were a thing how would the public react to it?

it’s a meme that started with windows xp called windows xp gangster edition. its basically windows with a Scarface theme and when you turn on your computer it starts with this loud ass bass boosted music and it had a red white and black Scarface theme and interface. what if it were a real official release by windows.

for some reason this existed as a variant from xp to 11 in the future. how would the public react to it when it came out and how would it be regarded now.
